Shipping Carrier Insurance Fees
In some cases, shipping carriers may require an additional insurance fee before delivery can be completed.
THC Cart Depot does not determine, control, or collect these insurance fees. The amount, if required, is determined solely by the shipping carrier handling the shipment.
Because carrier insurance fees vary from shipment to shipment, we cannot provide an exact amount in advance. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any insurance requirements or related charges.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout. THC Cart Depot is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Abandoned or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status and collecting packages when required by the shipping carrier.
Packages that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or not collected from the carrier are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
THC Cart Depot is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, customs procedures, carrier operational delays, or other events beyond our control.
