Order Cancellations

Abandoned Packages

THC Cart Depot is not responsible for packages that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or otherwise not collected by the customer from the shipping carrier.

If a customer fails to collect a package, refuses delivery, or abandons the shipment while it is being held by the carrier, the order will not qualify for a refund, replacement, credit, or reimbursement.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates and ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. THC Cart Depot is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reputable shipping carriers, delivery times may vary and occasional delays can occur. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for refunds.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve an issue may delay resolution.
